Dan founded Vision Real Estate Services in 2004. Since that time he has gained a broad background in mortgage lending, housing and commercial property development, and Ag land brokerage. Dan says his favorite thing about working in real estate is “helping people through a complex and often emotional transition”.
His passion for serving others is obvious, from his involvement in church and community activities to his time as city commissioner and mayor.
A Yankton native, Dan has stayed actively involved in the community and his church. He is an enthusiastic fan of his wife, children, grandchildren, and ice cream.
