Mason decided to become a Realtor after his own real estate nightmare left him with a bad taste in his mouth. “I wanted to prevent other people from having a negative experience. An experienced real estate agent will point out possible problems so the buyer can be confident in their purchase. Your home should be a joy in your life, not a nightmare” he says.
With a Master’s Degree in Technology, Mason is up to date on social media best practices and utilizes modern technology to aid in selling and buying. Past work experience includes employment with the federal government, a regional law firm, and as a technology manager for a global company. Mason is licensed in both South Dakota and Nebraska and specializes in both first-time home purchases and investment properties.
When he’s not in the office or meeting with clients, you’ll likely find Mason volunteering for the community he loves. He serves on the Yankton City Commission, Housing and Redevelopment Commission, and City and County Planning Commission. Mason also works as a board member of Habitat for Humanity and is the RPAC Chairman.
Mason and his wife Kate live in a lovingly renovated historic home with their son, Paxton. They love all things Yankton and you can often find them biking the local trails or cheering for the YHS Bucks and Gazelles at sporting events.
